ETYMOLOGY

Su ( Better ) + Shruta ( Heard ) = Sushruta. It is pure Hindi ( Tatsam ) word, which means well heard for the benefit of Humankind.

D.O.B. : Not exactly known, somewhere in 1500 BC, around 4000 Years before.

FATHER'S NAME:  Maharishi Vishwamitra

TEACHER'S NAME: Lord Dhanvantari, Hindu God of Medicine, embodied as Kashiraj / Devodas.

ACHIEVEMENTS:




1- Four to Five Thousand Years before, Indian Maharishis had been using cosmic energy to have conversations with Paranatural Energy, today known as God, that's why, the Name SUSHRUTA was coined. It used to happen in the same way as today we are using Mobile Phones, for the interconversations. But, today we don't have any instrument to get connected with Paranatural Energy.

2- Around 4000 years ago when there was no Operation Theater, no Surgical Instruments, a person was busy in Surgical Operations at the bank of river Ganga, in the Varanasi, a District of  State Uttar Pradesh, India.
He was none other than SUSHRUTA, FATHER OF SURGERY & INDIAN MEDICINE.

3- Sushruta initiated Rhinoplasty, Nasal Surgery. He invented, & crafted Wooden instruments for the purpose of Surgery.

5- He compiled his all works related to Herbal Treatment, & Surgical methods, in the form of SUSHRUT-SAMHITA .

                                                                                                                                                                     

6- Sesame Black Seeds, & it's oil is considered one out of hundreds of his favourite Herbal Medicine, because of two major reasons......

6.1- Its nature to antagonise effects of other useful extracts when combined with its Oily solution.

6.2- Its Anti-inflammatory power, & Fast Healing capacity.
There are numerous fruitful results of its oil, that's why called QUEEN OF OIL.

7- Sushruta used to practicise with JADI-BUTI ( Jadi-Buti, both are Hindi word which means forms obtained by Roots of plants, & flowers-fruits of plants, respectively )
